Description
Your first retail hire is crucial: they must be able to execute new openings AND manage the store fleet as it grows. However, the challenge is finding a unicorn candidate with experience in both, who is also within your (presumably low) budget. In an effort to help you interview candidates in such a way that should reveal qualifications and blindspots, we’ve provided the below interview questions and purpose of each. The goal is not for the candidate to necessarily have perfect answers to each question (although that’d be great if they do!), but to give you an opportunity to see where their blindspots might be, and to see where their natural biases (and therefore perception of importance) tend to be.
